It’s only a few degrees hotter than it has been–but everyone in town is feeling it. We’ve had to slow down. Unfortunately, that includes the fish too! We are still having some great days, but the fishies are slightly more lethargic than they have been during the past week or so. That being said, this hot weather helps us with our visibility in the river and moves us closer to our normal flow rates. Everything has a silver lining… It’s still good fun and it’s still fishing. Better to be on the river in Fernie than sweating in the city.
